Good Neighbours is run by Neighbour Media. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through goodneighboursnetwork.ca and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us in a form. When you apply to be featured, ask about a partnership, recommend a business or apply as a creator, we receive what you enter: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, website or social handle, community, business category and anything you tell us about your business.
• Booking details. If you book a conversation with us, the time you choose and the details you give during booking.
• How you found us and used the site. For example, which link or campaign brought you here, the pages you visited, and actions such as playing a video or submitting a form.

How we use it

• To review your application, recommendation or inquiry, and to contact you about it.
• To schedule and hold the conversations you book with us.
• To understand which of our outreach, ads and pages are working, so we can improve them.

We don't sell your personal information, and we only keep it for as long as we need it for these purposes.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run this site. They handle information on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Formspree receives and delivers our form submissions.
• Calendly handles conversation bookings.
• Meta Pixel helps us measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
• Netlify hosts the website.
• Wave processes partnership payments. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies and ad measurement

The Meta Pixel and Calendly may use cookies or similar technology. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
